1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance through our online system. Once confirmed, you will receive an email or text message with the details of your trip. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the details are correct.
2. Punctual Service Guarantee
We are committed to arrive on time at the agreed time and place. However, situations beyond our control (traffic, severe weather, road closures, accidents) may cause delays. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: full refund.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the service will be charged.
Cancellations within 4 hours prior or in case of no-show: no refund.
(Note: This policy is especially important to avoid operational losses).
4. Reservation Changes
Reservation changes are allowed up to 12 hours prior to the service, subject to availability. Write or call us as soon as possible.
5. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that he/she is at the agreed place at the agreed time.
We are not responsible for missed flights or events due to delays not directly attributable to our operation.
6. Damage and Cleaning
The customer will be responsible for any intentional damage or excessive cleaning required on the vehicle during their trip. Additional charges will apply if applicable.
7. Vehicle Warranty
We will do our best to assign you the type of vehicle reserved (van, SUV, sedan), but in cases of force majeure we reserve the right to make substitutions for a vehicle of equal or higher category, at no additional cost.
8. Safety Policy
Our drivers are trained and comply with all state regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who acts aggressively, under the influence of substances or poses a danger to the driver or other passengers.
9. Insurance and Licenses
All our vehicles are insured according to the laws of the state of Florida and our drivers are licensed and registered.
